Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made seven days or more before your event. Cancellations made within seven days receive a 50% refund, while cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in the full deposit being forfeited.

Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than seven days before your event. This will be the minimum number used for catering and billing purposes.

Yes. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. Menu selections and dietary requests should be confirmed prior to your event.

All food and beverages consumed during your function must be supplied by Clifton Hill Hotel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Yes. Decorations are welcome but must be approved by our team in advance. Confetti, open flames and any items that may damage the venue are not permitted unless prior approval has been given.

Yes. External suppliers, including entertainment and AV providers, must be approved by Clifton Hill Hotel before your event. Please note that live music is not permitted after midnight unless prior approval has been granted, and additional conditions may apply.

Setup and pack-down times will be arranged with our events team before your function. Events must conclude at the agreed finish time, and additional charges may apply for overtime.
