Get Serious are the kind of band that don’t need fanfare. Decades of playing together, and decades of playing our bar at the Clifton Hill Hotel, have built their reputation for them.

They bring a straight-up, no-frills Melbourne pub sound: tight, loud, lived-in, and always delivered with the ease of musicians who’ve done the hard yards and still genuinely love it. Once a month we showcase the best of open Mic – local talent that has impressed us at our Wednesday Open Mic sessions. Truly a brilliant evening full of new and emerging talent and a great way to support live and local music.
